Exchanges & Returns

To exchange an item or return an item for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of order date. Please email uplander18@gmail.com with your order # and your reason for exchange/return.

All exchanged/returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, and have original tags attached. If we deem that the product has been used, worn, washed or damaged it is up to our discretion to not exchange the product or offer a refund.

All clearance and discounted item sales are final and not valid for a size exchange, return, or refund.

Exchanges/refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are liable for shipping charges to ship an exchanged/returned product back to us. We pay for shipping the product you exchange back to you.

Please include a note inside the package with the size/item you need to exchange for and your return shipping address.

Once you have shipped your item back to us for exchange, please send the tracking # of your package to the email chain we communicated with for the exchange.
